• - System calculates bag weight automatically.

2. Quotation

• Generated from the inquiry with additional customer-specific requirements.
• Price per piece is calculated.

• Sample Work Order
• Includes sample production and sample reporting
• Main Work Order
• Purchase Order (PO) is created
• Work order is forwarded to the Quality Assurance (QA) team.

• QA team prepares the Bill of Materials (BOM) based on the main work order.

• Plans material collection based on the BOM.
• Prepares fabric planning and allocates tasks to the Loom Department.

• Loom Department: Manufactures fabric rolls based on BOM requirements from Planning
• RMD: Stores all fabric rolls received from the Loom department.
• Lamination: Laminates the fabric rolls received from RMD as per BOM specifications.
• Cutting:Cuts the laminated fabric rolls into pieces as per BOM.
• Finishing:1. Final assembly and stitching of bags.
  2. Finished bags are sent to the Bailing department.

6. Quality

• Check bags and approve/reject.
• Also Control Roll for Hold and Active.

7. Bailing Department

• Collects finished bags.
• Creates multiple bales containing multiple bags.

8. Dispatch

• Collects the bales.
• Loads them into containers for final dispatch to the customer.
